The location was super, and within walking distance to the monorail station. The swiming was a bonus.

One toliet was not usable as the cover was loose.

The staff at the reception was very responsive and helpful. The room was spacious, with enough kitchen tools for us to do some simple cooking. The location was close to KLCC so it was easy to walk around. Lift was always fast, didn't have to wait long. There's a minimart and restaurant at the lobby, but if you want more choices just walk over to the next property for a better grocery shopping experience.

The mattress is super hard and uncomfortable, we could not sleep well. Aircon in the room was sometimes cold and sometimes warm so whenever it got warm we woke up sweaty. Tried to adjust using the controller but didn't work. This happens a few times throughout the night. This property has many good features, but because of these bed and aircon matters, we will not come back again. We stayed 6 nights here, didn't get a good rest at all. To those who are not fussed about these things, this property is worth staying a night or two.

The location is strategic with walkable distances to alot of good food. The apartment is huge with one guest toilet near the entrance and 2 master rooms with individual attached toilets and walk-in wardrobes. The bed is comfortable.

Upon reaching, we had to wait and rang the bell for a good 10-15 minutes before we were attended by the receptionist. There was also a time where we saw and killed a lizard at the kitchen drying area. So cleanliness was not top notch imo. The aircon controller also doesnt seem to allow us to set the temp. Although it could be adjusted, the temp would just jump back to initial temp (27°c) Even then, it got too cold and had to turn it off.There were also no option for breakfast at all.

Didnt have Qibla arrow for me to pray and got something smelly on the bathroom when i first time open the door room. Tips - better put some perfumes or anything smell good .

The location is excellent. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The view from the rooms at the front of the building are amazing. The bed was great and very comfortable.

The rooms are a little tired. We stayed 5 years ago and I don't think anything has changed. Our floor had a leak which meant there was a persistent mouldy smell. Floor 23, where our other party stayed, had a strobing light in the hallway which was very distracting.

Good facilities, best place for big family, the reception girl very polite. Here got KK Mart 24hrs open (G Level), it's convenient. This my 3rd time check in here.

Room need to be more clean and smells good. Please look up on this.

Extremely dirty, no services, internet keeps disconnecting. The room wasn’t fresh as if it wasn’t cleaned from the previous guest the bedding had spots and makeup stains and there was actual urine spot in the toilet WC and super dusty.

There is air-condition problem... Air-condition was not cool need to upgrade air-condition .... And need to upgrade the cleaning services....the room was not clean and even though they not change the showering stuff's.try to upgrade the cleaning services

Worn out furniture's cushions and dirty in places. TV doesn't carry enough channels to view, which would be preferred for people preferring longer stay. Definitely need a breakfast buffet restaurant for such a lovely suites

It's somewhat run-down compared to the previous management, but I love the spaciousness of the room. However, the Wi-Fi is extremely slow, and the floor is a bit dusty overall. We were able to check in as soon as we arrived at the property.

With the price point i think the space is very well worth the price.

Location, 24hr shop next door, good shower, comfortable beds.

2 out of 3 tvs in apartment didn't work. Only 2 channels on the one that did work. No air con in gym. Just needs a bit of tlc as not maintained to same standards as when Fraser had it.

Central location with 24hr 7Eleven type of shop downstairs. Big apartments with comfortable beds and pillows.

Room was not cleaned well after previous guests. Some of their food was still in the cupboards. The bed sheets had some marks indicating that they may not have been changed. Pillow covers also looked like only the front pillows were changed.

It’s very old and needs a Renovation. As a result the bathroom felt unclean and didn’t look like the shower screen had been cleaned for years. In check in the staff were rude and unhelpfulWe stayed there years ago when it was the Fraser suites and loved it hence why stayed this time. Won’t stay again unless renovated
